By installing or using NovaMio:Talk (art.novamio.app.talk) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. The service
NovaMio:Talk is a mobile app that performs real-time voice translation. The service is provided "as is"; we make no warranty about translation accuracy.
2. Your account
You don't create an account. The app uses a random per-device identifier. Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID and travel with it via "Restore Purchases" when you switch devices.
3. Free and premium use
- Free users get 30 minutes of conversation per calendar month.
- Premium subscription renews monthly. The first 3 days are free; you're charged on day 4 unless you cancel.
- The monthly price is shown in the App Store. Apple's country-based pricing applies.
- Cancel any time via Apple ID > Subscriptions. Premium features stay available until the end of the current period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Translate unlawful content or harm third parties
- Hammer the service with automated requests (bots, scrapers)
- Attempt to bypass security mechanisms
- Use the service to record people without their consent — local laws apply, the responsibility is yours
5. Translation accuracy
Translations are produced by third-party AI services. For medical, legal, financial, or official document translation, use a professional translator. NovaMio:Talk is not liable for losses arising from such use.
6. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. For material changes you'll see an in-app notice. If the service ends, you can request a prorated refund from Apple for any unused subscription period.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novamio Technologies LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the service. Total liability is capped at what you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
8. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Disputes are resolved in the courts of New York County, NY.
