Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data Novamio: Daily Insights (art.novamio.app.bloom) collects from its users, why, and how we protect it. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Novamio: Daily Insights is developed by Novamio Technologies LLC (New York, USA). For questions: support@novamio.art.

2. What we collect

You don't create an account. We don't ask for your password. Instead:

• Device identifier: A random UUID stored on your device. Quota, subscription state and onboarding preferences are tied to this identifier. It contains no name, phone number, or IP address.
• Name (required): The first name you enter in onboarding. Used only for personalized greetings inside the app. Not shared with third parties.
• Email (optional): Stored only if you provide it. Used for premium receipts and support correspondence.
• Birth data: Birth date, time and place. Used to generate your natal chart, transits and horoscope readings. You can choose not to provide this; in that case only affirmation and tarot features will work.
• Usage statistics: Which screens you view, which tarot spreads you draw, which affirmation categories you choose. The actual content text and reading bodies are not stored.
• Subscription state: Anonymous transaction identifiers issued by Apple (transaction ID, original transaction ID). We do not have access to your card or Apple ID.
• Push notification token: Sent to Apple Push Notification Service so we can deliver your daily affirmation reminder. Token is deleted when you disable notifications.

3. What we do NOT collect

• We do not access health data, location (GPS), contacts, calendar, or address book.
• We do not read your photo library. To save the tarot card as wallpaper we only request "add-only" permission; we never read your photos.
• No personalized ads. We do not sell data to ad networks.
• No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

4. Third-party services

The following third parties make the service work:

• OpenAI — generates horoscope, natal chart, transit and compatibility reading text. Only astrological data fragments are sent (e.g. "Leo, 12th house, Venus position"). Your name and device identifier are not sent.
• Apple StoreKit — subscription verification. Apple's own privacy policy applies.
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — push delivery.

5. Retention

Usage records are kept for as long as needed for billing and fraud audit. When you delete your account, your device identifier is marked as deleted, and your name and email are wiped immediately; past usage rows may be retained in anonymized form for audit purposes but can no longer be linked back to you.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR / CCPA you have the right to:

• Know what data we hold
• Request deletion — done in one tap inside the app under Profile > About > Delete my account and all data
• Object to processing
• Receive your data in portable form

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. It is rated 17+ on the App Store. If we learn a user is under 13 we will delete the record.

8. Entertainment-only content

Novamio: Daily Insights is provided for entertainment purposes only. Astrology, tarot, affirmations and related content are not scientific information, medical advice, financial counsel, legal opinion or professional therapy. For important life decisions, always consult a qualified professional.

9. Changes

This policy may change. For material changes you'll see an in-app notice. The top of this page always carries the last-updated date.
